I asked this last night but I just wanted to narrow it down...breast pump question!?
I want to put a breast pump on my registry. But not one worth over $200.
I originally put the medela Swing breast pump on my registry. But then I read a lot of bad reviews about it. Some people say the manual was better.
I'm not going to put a really expensive one, but i'm having problems finding any breast pump that doesn't have some horrible review.
What more inexpensive pump did you use and were happy with?
I'm hoping to pump once or twice a day.
If you're willing to go for a hand pump, I highly recommend the Medela Harmony. When I go back to work and am pumping three times a day, I'll be using an electric pump, but for now, while I'm still on maternity leave and using the pump to relieve any extra milk or engorgement at night, or one pumping during the day, the manual pump is fantastic. It works quickly, and is very comfortable for me to pump and use. It's $25 on Amazon right now, and totally worth having even if you end up getting an electric, in case the electric ever breaks, or you need to pump in the car or on the road.
