does vitex induce your period or with it help it slow the flow?
hi, im on my period right now and i wanted to start taking vitex but i don't want to make the flow worse. so will taking vitex make my period worse or will it help slow the flow? thank a lot...♥
neither. i take vitex but it does neither of those things and especially not right away.
if you just started your period then begin taking it now everyday to see a result next periods.
the longer you keep it up the more it helps to regulate the flow, ease the cramps and help with the detremental mood swings and water retention associated with periods.
i use to take it and did really well til my doc tried me on the pill but that just made me put weight on and without vitex im a real nutter for an entire week before my period and i dont get better til my period ends but
WITH VITEX i take a lot less painkillers during my period, i dont get as much water retention and i seem to be able to control my emotions better so that instead of getting suicidal i just get angry but i dont cause long term damage to my relationships with my friends like i use to.
my parents even see a diference and when taken daily it really does make my life easier so hope that helps you
