My baby has horrible vomiting with Similac Advance and Sensitive. She can eat Nestle Goodstart. Anyone else?
WIC buys Similac brands here so that's what I was given for my daughter. She immediately began throwing up and having an upset stomach so I switched to Sensitive which is a little better but still throws up quite a bit. My friend gave me Nestle Goodstart Supreme DHA & ARA and she hasn't had the problem since...and I noticed Nestle is much finer and dissolves a lot quicker. I recently ran out and had to give her some Similac Sensitive again and she immediately threw up. She obviously doesn't have a lactose issue as the Nestle has milk in it. Any other ideas? Anyone else have this problem? My daughter has been formula fed from 3 weeks old and is now 5 months.
my daughter is now 8 months old and i breastfed for the first month. she had the same problem when i began putting her on formula. nestle goodstart was what helped her the most but she still had some minor spiiting and throwing up. she had tests done and the dr diagnosted her with minor reflux. maybe you should talk to your doctor about it depending on how it is. yourthrowing/spitting up problem will go away around 7months to a year old
