when did you start feeding your infant water?
and what is the difference between nursery water and bottle and tap water?
nursery water or the baby water or infant water...idk what it is called but the bottled water in the baby section, against reg bottled water...i have heard something about babies more likely to get cavities because bottled water doesn't have fluoride...
We started giving our daughter a cup with water in it when she started eating solid foods (around 5 months). It was more to get her used to using a cup, rather than giving her water to drink. She is now 9 months old, and drinks rather well out of a cup - we give her water to drink with her dinner.
We use bottled water because our tap water is very hard (leaves a white powdery coating all over everything - ick! We don't drink it, either). The nursery water has added flouride, which used to be a big thing, but has become a controversial topic (whether it is necessary/good/bad). I believe tap water has flouride added to it (your water company can provide more information), which would be much cheaper than buying Nursery Water... So, if your tap water is drinkable for you, you could use that for your little one. If you're concerned, you could get a water purifier or boil it and cool it down!
