from what i can tell, the Lansinoh says nothing about being "hospital grade" & has no bag nor many accessories included
the Medela ones seem to just have different accessories (right??)--but i can't tell what's different?

i'm going to be pumping for about 9 months at work, three times a day. i need something fast & quiet, and EASY to use!

The only differences between the regular pump in style and the advanced is that the advanced has a let down feature. I have the PISA backpack. The letdown feature is simply a button on the machine that when pushed, results in a rapid sucking in order to encourage your let down. This isn't actually necessary unless you have difficulty letting down to begin with, which I did. As long as it's a dual electric, they will be great. You should be able to pump a few ounces in 15 minutes, which is what I was able to do for a while when I returned to work. IThe Medela PISA is what I had to help me while I tried to relactate because none of the hospitals near me rented!
Medela and Ameda are the most popular brands of breast pumps. The Ameda is great because you can resell it safely, because it is a closed system (no milk gets backed up into the system). This is a feature that Medela lacks. Ameda is also cheaper.
