odd look after baby spit up?
just had a baby boy almost 2 months ago, anyway when i fed him formula and then i burp him he spit up it look like rice or something small dot every where when he spit up.. is it normal? or he allgery formula? how to know if he had formula allgery?... i m going his doctor next week so i need to know if its normal? ty!
I think you are describing curds. When baby feeds on formula it is broken down and digested very quickly. The water is absorbed into the stomach lining leaving the solids to digest more slowly. So when you burb him at the end of feeding he is spitting up curds.
It is always worth talking to your Doctor about anything you are worried about and he/she can tell you what to watch for as far as allergies go too.
