How do I get help for a badly abused,neglected dog when I've tried but all have failed?
This poor animal exists in the backyard next to my backyard divided by a high fence. I have reported verbally,online and I try to water and feed the dog. I've assembled a large packet consisting of a letter,lots of educational info and the state laws. I can not get them to come to the door but left packet. I have tried everything legal but absolutely no help. This has been going on for months. It makes me so sick and I already have a serious illness myself. I even sent an online report to the HSPCS reporting them! Of course, I have feelings and now a connection with this dog. It hurts! And so very angry!
ok so have the authorities not done anything? if not why not call the animal cruelty society?
