what would be a fair asking price for a used brestpump?
im planning on having a grage sale and have lots of baby items to get rid of in cluding a medela backpack breastpump. at target they sell for 279.99 and ive only used it about 5 times, i know its said you shouldnt use a used pump but i have spare parts that werent used. and along with the pump comes lots of hook up parts, 4 hand held pumps, two doubles and 2 singles, a mini cooler and ice pack, storage bottles, and other misc items needed, and the original instructions. so with all that said i was wondering what a fair asking price would be?
i was thinking $150 since i have tons of extras that go with it actually more than it came with and the tubes i put on are new, is that too much or not enough?
I think $150 is a fair price and I would buy one at that price.
And, just so you know, breast pumps are rented at medical rental companies all the time. They do, however, sell all the tubing, suction cups, gaskets, bottles and any part that touches the milk in a seperate kit that is NOT for reuse by multiple people.
I would purchase the pump only and expect to buy new parts either at the maternity ward or a medical rental company for myself.
