When should you start producing breast milk in pregnancy?
I am 39 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first child and I dont seem to have produced any breast milk. My breasts haven't got any bigger since being pregnant but I was big breasted to start off with (34G) so maybe if you have big breasts already they dont really grow? I dont need to ware breast pads or anything coz there's nothing leaking out! Is this normal? I intend to breastfeed but Im worried that I might not be able to.
